In lieu of sleep

Came back from Homecoming with a cold and a need for uninterrupted sleep. I'll have to post a recap once I find that sleep. In the meantime, I peeped this and decided to share:

My sentence:
"I was broadsided on the left but everything shifted to my right side..."

I was in a car accident 5 months prior and I was achy, stiff, and sore on the right side. Besides, my left side (heart) had recently been broken and the pain was evident throughout my world, emotionally, mentally and physically. Nothing a whole lotta touching and loving won't heal! I am much better now, tankuberrymuch!
